Arthrazoc is the Lord of Pel and one of the seven Dominion oligarchs. He is a small thin jovial figure who stands
about five and a half feet tall. Seemingly nimble he is actually a careful figure, a man given to long bouts of
contemplative plotting. Given his wealth and intelligence most of his plots are successsful but his schemes
against the Society of Derei have had limited success.
His one weakness is his love of beauty, both beautiful objects and beautiful women, which has sometimes led him
astray. He also has a passion for song and is the patron of many bards, several of whom also act as his spies.
Arthrazoc wears a beautiful inlaid black leather breastplate and a reinforced leather helmet topped by a pair
of woodpecker plumes. A prized bird in
Pel, the woodpecker is the symbol of his power.
