Population
The population of the Quinden area is roughly 540 of whom 120 live in the
Keep, 20 in the
Tower, 200 in the village proper and a further 200 in outlying
farms.
The personnel in the Keep are nearly all human as the
Baron had a dislike of the non-human races.
Of these perhaps 20% are of local stock and the rest mercenaries from all corners of
the Wilderlands. The population of the village is about 70% human almost exclusively
of
Tharbrian stock. The rest of the population is split
evenly between elves, half-elves, dwarves, halflings and gnomes. The farming community, however, is
almost exclusively halfling and the farms tend to be run by extended halfling families.
