Situated on an inlet on the coast north east of
Parlay Point Oyster Cay was until recently one of the more civilised
pirate holds (relatively speaking). This owed a lot to the fact that the two most prominent Free Captains
based in the port Havalas Gruddd and Wide Olga were also lovers and didn't appreciate their time together on
dry land being disturbed by any kind of rowdy behaviour.
Unfortunately last year the lovers had a dramatic falling out and now both vie for the control of the port.
Violence on the streets is escalating and is particularly intense if one of the Captains is in port. It
has become almost impossible for those visiting the port not to take a side which then can have fatal
consequences if you stray into the wrong part of town.
There is no sign of reconciliation between the pair and many fear the violence will continue until the
death of one of the two pirate lords.
