Bistan is a village set among the corals of the
Isles of Ethereal Bells
It is inhabited by mer-elves and is built around a temple to Neptune. The
mer-elves say their village is very ancient and originally was built beneath the sea but
the land over time has been raised up. They will trade pearls to passing ships.
