This cramped by well furnished establishment sells weak but expensive opium-laced
tea and the 'real stuff' for more discerning customers. The latter option comes
with a pleasant and comfortable bed. Savim takes a dim view of any attempt to take
advantage of his clients and a large bouncer (and his prices) keep the riff-raff out.
This bizarrely makes Savim's den one of the safest places to spend the night in Zothay.
Savim isn't licensed to give accommodation to outsiders but the authorities seem
to turn a blind eye to this. The staff who work for Savim have been well-trained and
are polite and respectful to customers.
Despite all this there are rumours that Savim is well connected to Zothay's underworld
and that he is running a (possibly illegal) sideline for certain less savoury types
