The Bygate Stop is situated by the so-called 'Farm Postern' in the northern city wall. It
is run by Rijilla the Hustler who is known for his tolerant view of all races. He gets his
name from his love of gaming although some in the City Watch also suspect him of other more
dubious activities. Waddy Blowbush is his popular halfling barman, who makes sure that fellow
halflings are well looked after in the inn. Waddy is responsible for the only racial
intolerance in the inn as his favourite uncle was killed by goblins leading him to offer
3 gps to any goblin heads brought in. Rijilla will not let him display them on the walls but
he keeps them under the counter and will show them to any who express an interest.
The other staff comprise of two waitresses/dancing girls, Tenska and Bunska, Kradon the bouncer
who looks as if he might have some orcish ancestry but is very sensitive on the subject and
Hajif, a remarkably talented flutist. The atmosphere tends to be lively although Hajif can
quieten the room with his beautiful playing. Patrons are advised to watch their belongings
in the vicinity of the inn as a gang of child pilferers works in the area. Kradon will not
allow children in the inn as a result (whether or not they look like pilferers).
