The Unthlatu are the survivors from an even more ancient empire than that of the
Yuan-ti when the region was ruled by dragons and Unthlatu
dragonborn wizards were their greatest servants.
Today few claim to have seen a dragon and probably far fewer
have but many suspect that not all dragons are dormant and the Unthlatu are still servants of their
dragon masters.
