Ne'hu is a humanoid feline like
Garwen whose race may be distantly related to his. Unlike
the powerful Garwen, however, Ne'hu has the graceful movement of a domestic cat. Her
hands are also very similar to a human's (apart from the retractable claws) and she is very
dextrous and fond of sleight of hand trickery. She was earning her living in
Quitak with
a troop of tumblers and acrobats when she aided the escape of the fugitives from the city
and was forced to flee with them.
She is the most widely travelled of all the party, her original home being on another
continent to the east and she sees herself as a permanent adventurer. Her personality is also
a contrast to Garwen's being quick-witted and playful. She constantly teases the more
stoic Garwen and drives the gnoll brothers
Griff, Groff and Gruff wild. The gnolls delight in chasing
her but have never got close to catching her.
