Dargar is pusher who was supplying
the goblin
children in the City with drugs he got from
Cagrat. He is not a native of the City but stumbled through
a portal and explains he did what he had to to survive. He was clearly involved in other
shady operations before he fell in with Cagrat.
His ambition is to make a fortune and then retire. He claims he once had such a fortune
and gambled it all away but he says wont make the same mistake again. His favourite refrain
is 'well, you've got to look out for yourself, haven't you?' Dargar is useful with a weapon
but plainly also has some knowledge of how to look after himself in criminal circles.
Dargar has recently disappeared from the City.
