Cilborith (pronounced Kill-bo-rith), is the High God of the Elves and Chaotic
Good in alignment. It is said Cilborith was one of the first deities to appear to
mortals. Legend has it that
he has been with his people since the end of the War of Domination and manifested himself
to answer the prayers of the Elves as they fought the genocidal Markrabs. He is recognised by
widely scattered communities of elves and is prayed to in
times of conflict with the hope he will provide inspiration to their leaders.
While many elven communities have local deities he is
universally worshipped by elves (who are not evil) throughout the Wilderlands.
His High Temple is located in the Great Forest.
Cilboroth's symbol is the Quarter Moon and his domains
are Chaos, Protection, Good and War.
His clerics wield a longsword or spear and he is generally depicted holding one
of these weapons.
