Forgotten Keep

The Forgotten Keep is an ancient elven tower at the head of the Murque Valley, possibly many thousands of years old. First spotted in current times by the refugees fleeing the destruction of their village of Renford by Pitax mercenaries, the tower was later investigated by Mistletov and Raguso with the aid of Elwen and Ciren, two Elves in the household of Lord Fenrel an Elven noble from the North. Evil fey had settled in the fort who may have been responsible for the disappearance of travellers in the region but they attacked the party and were destroyed in the ensuing conflict. A number of elven art objects were recovered in this expedition which confirmed to Lord Fenrel the age and importance of the fort in ages past. As a result he intends to restore and occupy the tower.

The fort actually sat outside the boundaries of Iredar at the time of its discovery but Wren is quite happy to redraw the boundaries of his kingdom to include it in the new realm.
